At Gababee, we take great care in packing and dispatching every order. Each product is carefully wrapped and packed in our signature reusable tote bag before being shipped to you.

Where We Ship

We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery (all orders) 7 to 10 business days
Metro cities 5 to 7 business days
Remote areas 10 to 14 business days

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions which will be communicated via our website and WhatsApp community.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping notification with a tracking number once it is dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this to track your order directly on the courier's website.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out to us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at shireen@gababee.com or via WhatsApp. We will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.
