At Gababee, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of every product we make. If something is not right, we want to make it right.
Return Window
We accept return and exchange requests within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Eligible Reasons for Return or Exchange
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product or wrong size delivered
- Product is significantly different from what was shown on the website
- Size exchange (subject to availability)
Non-Eligible Items
- Items that have been used, washed or worn
- Items returned without original packaging and tags
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code (unless defective)
- Personalised or customised orders
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order via email, WhatsApp or Instagram DM
- Include your order number, a brief description of the issue and clear photos of the product
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days and guide you through the next steps
- If approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide a return address
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange for a different size, we are happy to help subject to availability. Please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need. Exchange shipping charges may apply.
Important Notes
- Slight variations in colour and print are inherent to hand block printed products and are not considered defects
- Please check our size guide before placing your order to ensure the right fit
- We recommend washing all products before first use as per the care instructions
